The industry standard warranty period for stained glass work is one year. Artistic Glass Studio guarantees that all stained glass created and installed by our studio will be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials for a period of one year from the installation date.

Artistic Glass Studio provides a 10-year structural warranty on all stained glass windows that we create and install. This warranty covers potential structural issues such as sagging, bending, or other deformation of the stained glass caused by internal structural deficiencies.

This warranty does not cover:

• Alterations made by anyone other than Artistic Glass Studio after installation
• Protective coverings, framing, or applications installed by others that may affect the stained glass
• Removal of the window by any party other than Artistic Glass Studio
• Damage caused by external forces or impacts

Protective coverings, framing systems, or modifications installed by others may compromise the integrity of the stained glass. Any structural issues resulting from such alterations are not covered and may void the warranty.
