The industry standard warranty period is one year. Artistic glass studio guarantees the stained glass to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials for a period of one year from installation date.
10 YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
Artistic glass studio has a 10 Year Structural Warranty on all stained glass we create and install. This covers any potential issues with sagging, bending or other deformation of the stained glass due to internal structural deficiencies.
This warranty does not cover any alterations done by anyone after installation. Any protective coverings, framing or applications on or around the window, not installed by us may compromise the integrity of the leaded/stained glass. Any structural issue that arises if alterations are made, will not be covered, and will completely void all warranties. The warranty is void if the window is removed by any party other than us. The warranty does not cover any damage from external forces.
